Lutheran School does not supply non-prescription drugs or pain relievers for
student use. Any student requiring any type of non-prescription medication
must have parental approval and bring the item from home. Please note that
this includes cough drops and throat lozenges. All drugs or medications must
be turned in to the office.
statutes require that if prescription or non-prescription drugs or
medications are to be taken or administered at school, WLS must have written
authorization from the parent or guardian. The written authorization must

with your family name and contact information.
